As of 2026, condos and villas generally start in the high $300s, single-family homes run $500K–$800K, and golf and luxury homes climb from there.
Good to know
The Legacy Trail cuts right through Palmer Ranch — bike to Venice or toward downtown Sarasota — and top-rated schools plus Costco, shops, and dining sit at the ranch's edge. HOA fees vary a lot by community, and a few carry CDDs; I'll break down the true monthly cost of any home you're eyeing.
