Neighborhoods & prices

Shoreview and Lakehouse Cove offer coastal-style single-family homes, Wild Blue brings luxury new construction, Emerald Landing adds walkable townhomes near Waterside Place, and Nautique rounds things out with low-maintenance resort living. As of 2026, expect townhomes from the low $400s, single-family homes commonly $600K–$1M, and lakefront and luxury homes well past $1.5M.

You're roughly 15 minutes to UTC shopping and dining, 20–25 to downtown Sarasota, and about 30–35 to the Gulf beaches, with A-rated Sarasota County schools.
