We’ve worked with Nazar for a long time, and we truly want to recognize his outstanding professionalism and genuine care for his clients. During our new construction purchase with D.R. Horton, Nazar saved us over $50,000 through strong negotiations with the builder — we honestly got the best deal possible. Many people think you don’t need a realtor when buying new construction, but that couldn’t be more wrong. Nazar proved how valuable a great agent is at every step. He helped us choose the best lot, the best location in the community, and the best combination of upgrades, and he guided us through inspections, the building process, and every detail from start to finish. He was always available, always honest, and always on the client’s side. With Nazar, you don’t just get a realtor — you get someone who truly protects your interests and makes sure you get the best outcome.
